| We very satisfied with the work and items covered. Unlike our car healer there was no effort to create extra work and cost for items that they found and we never felt justified. The Kelly shop has done the work we requested. |

| My car broke down on Indian School in rush hour traffic. The next morning, the awesome fellows at Kelly Clark were able to determine the problem quickly and I had the car back in the early afternoon. Fortunately, for me, it wasn't too expensive of a fix either! |

| The professionalism and courtesy of the staff and the work done has been excellent. I have not seen any price discrepancies which is refreshing. To this point I give the place a four star rating and if they continue their excellent work and professionalism then they will earn a 5 star rating. |

| I made an appointment to get a bulb replaced in my headlight. The work took less than 30 minutes; however, it was slightly misaligned. I took it back the next day, without an appointment, and it was quickly rectified. I live just up the street from the shop, so it was not a big deal. |
