Your staff is very kind and helpful. I do feel they are always trying to up sale services. Also, online coupons would be helpful. |

The professionalism and courtesy of the staff and the work done has been excellent. I have not seen any price discrepancies which is refreshing. To this point I give the place a four star rating and if they continue their excellent work and professionalism then they will earn a 5 star rating. |

I am very pleased with the prompt service, the professionalism and the amount of time it took to get my problem taken care of and how friendly the whole staff was and I appreciate it very much. Keep up with the wonderful service. |

I like Kelly Clark overall. I had to remind them what they had recommended from my previous visit, but they quickly remembered and ordered the parts, did the work, and my estimate of cost was what they told me. Overall, a pleasant experience! |

I made an appointment to get a bulb replaced in my headlight. The work took less than 30 minutes; however, it was slightly misaligned. I took it back the next day, without an appointment, and it was quickly rectified. I live just up the street from the shop, so it was not a big deal. |

Very appreciative that Kelly Clark is open on Saturdays. I had a recent battery emergency, and they diagnosed it and replaced my warrantied battery within 30 minutes. 'TGIS' ! |

It was a 'push' to get my AC leak repaired by closing time on a recent Saturday, but the team at Kelly-Clark Glendale were focused & committed to finish the task that day. Thanks Guys! |

Staff were very nice, congenial, and offered me water as I had to wait awhile for my vehicle. Didn't charge for one thing as it had been handled in an earlier repair. They were fair and professional. |

Nice people, good work, reasonable price |
|
Good mechanics, good work, don't ask for anything extra. |

The replacement of my fuel pump was done promptly and staff were very courteous.. I think the price charged for the pump was too high - I checked an auto parts parts supplier website for the Delphi fuel pump that fits my car, and saw two available - they listed a price of $326.00 for the more expensive of the two with the level sensor, but I was charged $500.00 for it. I expect them to mark up the price some, but $174.00 over that price seems too high to me. |

1st time customer and last time customer. Long story but bottom line I took my 2014 Explorer in for inspection and oil change. I explained I was leaving the next day on a week long road trip with my family and I wanted to be sure all was in good shape. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle all was fine. Upon reviewing the inspection report I saw that they caught that the right front wheel and tire were damaged. That was noted. I asked about the condition of the other tires. Your man said yeah they need to be replaced. I asked why that wasn't on the report. I considered that to be an important issue especially since I was about to leave on a road trip. He said "well the report mentions that the front right wheel and tire are damaged." I said yes it does but there is no mention of that the other tires need replacing. He said "oh, you want that on the report? Ill write it down now." Which he did. I WAS FLOORED. I mean really? What horrible customer service. Zero understanding of the situation on his part. I told him I was very disappointed. He disagreed that I should be. I said, "Seriously, do you think that if I posted this story on Next Door that the public in general would think that you did the right thing?" I just looked at me blankly. I immediately drove my car to Discount Tire. The confirmed that at least two of the four tires needed immediate replacing and that the other two had a millimeter or two more of life. But that with an all wheel drive vehicle the manufacturer recommends changing all four tires at the same time because of the drive train. Frankly, I don't know if this is true or not but seeing we were leaving for a road trip I didn't mess around and replaced all four. Based on all this, there is no way I can recommend that shop to anyone. For that matter, I will be posting this on Next Door so that others don't have to deal with that kind of service, or lack thereof. |
Shop Comment Will- We are very sorry to hear that you feel your experience did not meet your expectations. We are however fairly confused with your complaint. Your vehicle was brought in for an oil change for which you insisted on providing your own oil. As your oil appeared to be diesel for a gas car, we strongly argued against using that but finally complied due to your repeated insistence. We stated also that since you only had 4 qts and your vehicle takes 6 qts, the oils would be mixed which we again advised not doing. You did state that you were going on a trip but wanted the vehicle looked over for any fixes your insurance could take care of as your extended warranty was expiring. Normal maintenance of the vehicle was found to be needed but is not covered under extended warranties. The only possible car insurance covered items we found were the damaged wheel and bumper and made sure to notated that. We showed you how to check the tread depth on all your tires and suggested replacement but did not notate as that was not something insurance would cover. We would have been happy to provide a full detailed and notated inspection if that was the service you wanted and had paid for. Again we are sorry you did not receive what you wanted but we were only able to notate the actual issues we discovered. |
